FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

We deliver products to our customers domestically and internationally. Order processing may take up to 3 weeks to assemble, package, verify and ship. Shipping times are based on location.  Shipping times may be affected by observed Holidays and inclement weather.

*NOTE:

Due to COVID-19 there may be delays in receiving your order of about an additional 5-10 business days for orders. We are practicing distancing in our warehouse under the safety and health guidelines in place to keep our team safe. This means your tracking may be delayed. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your orders to you as soon as possible.

Returns

If you received an item that is damagedplease email CustomerCare@yogaflexapparel.com

If you are not completely satisfied with your Yoga Flex Apparel purchase, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of the date of reception. Items must be unworn and unwashed, or unaltered it. Hang tags must be still attached.

Once your package arrives at our facility, it will be processed in 7-10 business days. You will then receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.  Please note that returns can take up to five business days for the amount to appear on your credit card statement.

How to Return an Item(s)?

  1. Take a picture of the items front, back and product issue.
  2. Send the product pictures and product issue to CustomerCare@YogaFlexApparel.com.

 Please include the following:

  1. First Name:
  2. Last Name:
  3. Email:
  4. Order Number:
  5. Product Name:
  6. Product Price:
  7. Product Defect:
  8. (Please attach the 3 product images)

 

  1. A verification email will be sent with next steps.
